How's your mental state?

Every year we see our medical doctor for our annual checkup. But how often do you check your mental health? 
No, I am not saying that you need to see a therapist every year for an annual check up.  However, it wouldn't hurt and if you have been in therapy in the past it can be very helpful to go in for a tune up.  I call this the maintenance plan and if helps to keep clients on track when they need additional support.  I also offer this with my coaching clients.
 Have you ever experience bouts of feeling down, like your mind is racing, or that you’re generally out of sorts?  Have they ever disrupted your life or made you wonder what was going on with you?  When you strengthen your mental health, you’ll feel better all over and your life will be more satisfying. 
Think of therapy as a mental health fitness class.  Whether you are dealing with relationship issue, family problems or individual issues getting your mental health in condition is the best medicine.

Mental health depends on so many things like family ,workplace atmosphere and your personnel life status and i really thing that this topic is ignored by most of the people but mental health is as important as physical one,so thanks for sharing words with us.
