Grief Support Group
Have you lost a loved one and feel that no one understands? Are you feeling alone and overwhelmed?
“The pleasure of remembering had been taken from me, because there was no longer anyone to remember with. It felt like losing your co-remembered meant losing the memory itself, as if the things we'd done were less real and important than they had been hours before.”
― John Green, The Fault in Our Stars
New Group begins soon!
You are not alone. It often feels that way and you may be isolating yourself because it feels better, right now. However, it is important to talk to those who understand because they are going through similar pain.
This is a new group. You will be joining others who are also coming for the first time. Everyone will be new and everyone will be hurting. This will also be a small group, limited to six participants. Small groups work better because everyone feels supported and heard. Should we need another group we will start a second group of six.
